A Memory as Precious as Gold

My Book of Memories By Shaelani
"A warm memory I remember is when I went to my friends's home and she let me play with her American girl doll (Um, her friend's Mama actually gave her one)
A memory of long ago is when my Grandfather was in the Air force.
A sad memory is when my cat died when I was 8.
A fun memory is when my sister tickled me.

A memory as precious as gold is the first day Mom and Dad got me."
Oh my goodness, that was a memory as precious as gold for your Mama too.

And all of those littles behind her in pink?  Her buddies from her China group.  We can't wait to see them in a few weeks.

Very Proud

This Mama is so proud.  I love my kiddos.  Vincent has wanted to play soccer forever!  Finally, his weight is enough to sign him up for soccer.  I didn't tell him and came home with the shirt to prove it, that he is finally going to get to play competitive soccer.  I couldn't help it, and told the soccer team that he had wanted this for so long, but due to health reasons, he had been benched for much of his life.  His excitement and happiness couldn't be contained.  We spent many years, getting him to this point, happy and healthy.  We are so excited to watch him play, because he is really good at it!

And the girls, who cleaned their room and their bathroom.  They are growing up so fast.  I wasn't allowed in until they were done.  A little blurry, thank goodness, because it was far from perfect, but what an attempt! Love you littles and middle.  Thank you for making me such a proud Mama.
